Can I get a sample to show around to buyers?
Yes. You can purchase prototype soft toys. Once all the details of your idea are conveyed, we will design and manufacture a one of a kind prototype that you can show buyers. Plush toy prototype fees begin at £155 and include unlimited revisions within the year.
Is my idea protected?
The first step to protecting your idea is signing an NDA (a Non Disclosure Agreement). This means that we cannot reproduce your product without your permission. We have built our company over the last 25 years on the fact that we only manufacture goods for you. We have no interest in stealing ideas. For peace of mind we have an NDA available for you. How much does my idea cost to produce?
Keep in mind that in developing your unique product, there are many choices that can affect the final price. Therefore it is helpful if you have a budget in mind that we can use as a starting point. There are a few distinct factors that influence the price: Quantity – In general, the more you order the less you pay per piece with a volume discount. This has to do with not only materials, but also the labour, testing and shipping involved to manufacture your custom plush toy. Size – Common sizes that we use now are 6″, 8″ to 12″ for smaller stuffed toys and 12″ and above for everything else. A bigger toy means more material. The greater the size adds to labour, materials, and shipping costs as well. Another thing to consider is smaller more complicated toys are more time consuming to produce and this increases labour costs. Quality – We can choose from many different qualities of plush and materials, which can greatly affect the price. Detail – similar to the differences in quality but from a manufacturing point of view.
Where are the goods manufactured?
All the toys we make are designed and managed in the U.K. with the sample and production run made in China. We work closely with our factories and have worked with many of them for decades.
Do you have the capacity to keep up with my demand?
Yes, we can keep up with your production needs. We have never had a customer’s needs exceed our manufacturing capabilities. We have long-standing relationships with several factories that can produce more than 100,000 pieces per week.

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order quantity per style is 500 units. Soft toy manufacturing requires quite a bit of production set up and the cost of this needs to be included. Orders above 1,000 units become more reasonably priced. While it is definitely more economical to order 1,000 pieces or more, we understand for a new product sometimes it is best to start with a minimum number. For products such as figurines, Plush with mechanics, and sound, the minimum quantity is 5,000.
Is our first price quote the final price?
Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower then the original quote. However your price will be final before we start production and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.
How long does it take to get my product?
Approximately 90-120 days after the prototype is approved. The typical steps and duration are: • Prototype Stage – approximately 3-4 weeks of the initial sample. 1-2 weeks per round of revisions depending on the amount of detail requested to be changed. • Production Stage/Overseas Shipping – 40-60 days. This can vary due to production schedule, labour availability, ordering materials and testing. • Delivery – 35 days via vessel and then 5-10 days customs clearance and local shipping.
How much is shipping?
Your quote includes sea shipping freight and delivery to your door. There will be additional cost if requesting any additional product to be shipped via air.
Will my toys be safe?
Yes. We have been designing and manufacturing custom plush toys for over 25 years. All of our toys meet or exceed all required UKCA and EN71 standards. We pride ourselves on our 100% safety record, high level of customer service and our exceptional quality. We are always on top of the many changes to toy safety that are impacted by the United Kingdom and European authorities.
Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?
Yes. When we manufacture a bespoke mascot, customers colour logo can be added to the reverse side of safety sew in label at no extra cost. We can also personalize your custom plush in a variety of different ways, including silk screening on a t-shirt or other apparel item or a direct embroidery on the plush toy itself. We can also provide your own hang tags. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.
Do you make anything else besides plush toys?
Yes. We make hundreds of different items including custom figurines/ key rings, character back packs, hand puppets, golf club covers, beanie toys, slippers and more. Contact us for more details.
What about copyright and licensing issues?
When you place an order with us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. If you have an idea that you would like to keep under wraps, we can provide a standard NDA if you need one.
What if I have special packing needs?
No problem! We can pack your character in simple poly bags which are great for mail order and catalogue sales or we can design a full colour display box for retail store shelves. You simply provide us with the artwork and instructions and we produce them!
